Good evening Mr. Davidson,
· I am catching up on my e-mails, as there are over 900 items in my in-box.
· I should start making serious progress through them over the coming 2 weeks. I have been focused on crossing the finishing line with the start of DRTV. Now that it is getting started, I can attend to more administrative matters again.
· I will cc our Manager, Investor Relations, Paul Knopick to ensure that your questions are addressed in detail in connection with the Shareholders’ Conference Call (if not before).
· In the meantime – in the interests of time – I’ll summarize: 1. We are making progress on the format changes requested by Pink Sheets and are getting closer to re-submission. 2a. We too have been frustrated by the desire to obtain more timely Lancaster updates for the Store Locator, but are grateful nonetheless for this information at all – distributors, in principle, do not like to give their manufacturing suppliers direct contact information for their account base. Lancaster has been good about seeing the bigger picture and the mutually beneficial reasons for it, and there was new programming required for their system internally. This will definitely improve over time. 2b) The plan is to introduce Jay Udell as a guest at the conference call so that shareholders can hear from him directly. 3. We are not permitted by the NA to discuss the situation, but I have been told that we are closer than ever. 4. The conference call date has not been set yet because I felt it would be useful to have the DRTV on the air first so that we were not just talking about it in theoretical terms.

I would like to congratulate you and all the WNBD team for getting the DRTV up and running. I have no doubt that it involved more effort and time than any of us investors realize. I and others do wholeheartedly thank you.
I do hate to take your time asking these questions, however I and many others would like to know;
1. When is the information going to be posted on Pinksheets to get the Yield sign removed.
2. When or if the store locator going to be updated per Lancaster and Jay Udell.
3. When is the announcement of NA's going to take place 4. When is the conference call
