GWTR entered into a partnering agreement with Nalco over ten years ago as following pr states. Apparently Nalco has over 700 employees currently working in the Gulf cleanup. Could some of GWTR employees also be currently involved in Gulf cleanup? Notice if this partnering agreement still exists today.Nalco could still be involved in the outsourcing of Electric H2O cooling tower manufactured equipment products.PSI Division referred to in pr entered chapt.7 prior to GWTR entering intact from bankruptcy protection.

March 27, 2000 - GWT Subsidiary Signs Agreement With Nalco Industrial Outsourcing Company
Global Water Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:GWTR), a company utilizing advanced technologies and engineered solutions to provide process cooling water to industry and municipalities worldwide, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Psychrometric Systems, Inc. ("PSI''), signed a reciprocal marketing and development agreement with Nalco Industrial Outsourcing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nalco Chemical Company of Naperville, Illinois. \r
