Sorry for delay getting back to you

All dividends are getting ready to be mailed with two new others in the company as well
We have been waiting for FINRA to finish their review so we can properly print the other two dividend shares and then we can also mail them out . The first two dividends have been printed and now they will be exchangable into the first spin out company which we announed this year

At this time, our SEC attorney is working with Nasdaq during this final review process and all the filings preparation that goes along with all the final full reporting process for our company and to make sure the proper filings are made to the SEC and NAsdaq so all four dividends, two to be in EMAX Media Group , the spin out company and EMXC can be mailed and so as all the dividend shares will be freely trading and registered when all shareholders recieve them

PS, previous press releases and filings to the SEC by our company has stated this earlier this year
