A portion of the World Global Settlement funds have been collected and are presently held in the custody of the Bank of America in Richmond, VA.

jimmy, it is crazy talk. Just as crazy as Dick Cheney or Leon Panetta walking off the street and entering the BOA in Atlanta and geting tossed out. IT NEVER HAPPENED! It is NOT the protocol. They would have received VIP treatment. Besides, Atlanta is not a hub of BOA. They picked the wrong location.

You would also think the doofus understood U.S. banking laws, rules and regulations for wiring funds, and most importantly, the banks handling of incoming wires for accounts that do not have a history of large wires.

I mean, does he even understand why IOLTA accounts exist????

So, how does Billy the scamming Kid act as "paymaster" when he has no banking history, no IOLTA account since he is not a licensed attorney, and his personal financial history is filled with multiple civil lawsuits for financial fraud?

Yet, Doofus thinks this guy can legally act as a "paymaster"? Is Al really that clueless and stupid?

Wait until they start requesting personal information like a copy of a driver's license, a completed W-9 or W-8BEN complete with SSN's. That sucker list would be better than Fuzzy Math's list of penny stock suckers.

IBAFT: We don’t give a rat’s behind about going
after Urban Casavant, John Edwards, their “cohorts” and
the relatively pitiful $250 million that you state they
misappropriated.
