Picture this scenario, you have a handful of people that know for a fact that this deal is real, it doesn't have to be the company, it could be friends, family or business acquaintances. Rothman follows in the footsteps of every other scam that has taken place with these buyouts in the hopes that that the word would spread that this is just another scam keeping the shareprice from spiking. The more they make it look like a scam, the lower the PPS goes, now you would have to admit it is unusual that we are sitting at these levels after all this news but maybe thats exactly what they want. As investors dump, the shares get gobbled up by the people in the know, the deal goes through as planned and the money that is made is astronomical.

Thats what I mean by "the greatest form of reverse psychology I have ever seen"

Now do I think this is happening? No I don't


But wouldn't that be the ultimate gameplan if it were true?
My God it would be brilliant.
Making a deal look like a scam when it actually isn't.
