Yes, this is *MINOR* -- AT&T just wants to keep their contracted tarrif rates that they made with WMI/WMB a "secret"

Very common among telco's. They don't want companies to share "hey, we're getting xxx cents per minute, or xxx for yyy internet bandwidth, etc"

It's just a competitive protection thing. And was accidentally leaked before.

Don't go all tin-foil over this one.
