imo, no way this can hold $25 post r/s... imho this r/s is for no reason other to eliminate us... then they'll issue shares to themselves and belmont

You never know, maybe it could hold $25. But if you look at bp involved histories, I am not sure there are any that have done that. Maybe someone can correct me. I agree, the r/s is to reduce the impact on the sp of the post merger shares by current holders. And then they can issue shares that are able to be controlled better.

As for being right on this one. I wouldn't say I was right. It was just playing the odds and looking at the evidence. But, it still could have gone in a different and more positive direction with repect to sp.
