Bill Maher Describes Rand Paul: It's As If Sarah Palin Made It Through Med School (VIDEO)

Bill Maher unloaded on Rand Paul during his monologue on "Real Time" Friday night.

Paul, who won Kentucky's Republican primary just this week, has taken heat for his extreme views [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/05/20/rand-paul-tells-maddow-th_n_582872.html ]. Trying to describe the eye doctor turned Tea Party-favorite, Maher joked that, "It's as if Sarah Palin somehow made it through medical school."

After pointing to some of Paul's views, like his belief that private businesses should be allowed to discriminate, Maher observed, "the shit doesn't fall far from the bat."
