Imiloa, I despise the R/S option. Every shareholder here would take an absolute beating. How many successful R/S's have there been for a stock trading at .0005?? Probably zilch. Stocks that trade at .0005 are trading at that price for a reason. If you suddenly make a .0005 stock a 50 cent stock, do you think the 50 cent stock will stand on its own? Not a chance.

An R/S is the easy way out for Mark. Instead, he needs to focus on concrete accomplishments, not dreams. If Mark brings real revenues to the table, he will become more credible and the PPS will increase on its own.

I really hate the mention of an R/S. Nothing but bad things will result for current shareholders. Frankly, I don't want to lose 1/2 my investment overnight the day that Mark announces an R/S. Neither should any other MIKP shareholder want an R/S. We all stand to lose big time..

Give us some revenues, Mark. Not an R/S.

3. Mark decides to make a "real" stock, reversing MIKP and uplisting. This scenario guts existing shareholders, but gives him a bit more credibility as a company. Last year Mark said he didn't want to R/S. More recently, he's admitted it's a possibility. imo, The probability of reverse split hinges on the number of MIKP shares Mark still has in his own pocket. If he unloaded into the shakerzzz pump, there's no reason to avoid R/S except pride. And profit tends to trump pride over time.
