A recent update on otcmarkets.com indicate that PYBX's business description is now listed as Green Fuel and Environmental Remediation Technologies and the industry classification is Environmental Controls.

While doing some DD on the new officers, I found out that Carlton Wingett is actually the CEO of a few 'green' companies such as Enviroxtract (EVXA) which is already publicly traded, and Extractive Technologies Canada which is not. Extractive Technologies website is listed below along with a WHOIS lookup which has Carlton Wingett listed as the contact for the site.

An old PR from EVXA (Wingett's other company) on Feb. 1, 2010 actually mentions Extractive Technologies by name!
Excerpt from PR:
EnviroXtract has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Extractive Technologies to acquire a license for Canadian oil sands extraction and upgrading. Concurrent with this acquisition, the Company is also developing a plan to become a fully-reporting company and return to the OTCBB.
Extractive Technologies specializes in proprietary 'green' energy solutions. Its oil technology applications utilize a unique coupling of electromagnetic energy and electro-static energy in a vacuum environment. An energy field intensely excites the oil feedstock at the molecular level, releasing any chemical bonds and breaking down molecular compounds to their elemental state. In short, the technology is capable of efficiently extracting bitumen from oil sands while simultaneously performing upgrading, hydro-treating, and partial refining of the bitumen product. The company is not aware of any other technology capable of achieving similar results.

IMO, the information above points to Wingett bringing Extractive Technologies public through PYBX's shell. Also, I haven't even mentioned one of the best parts about this-PYBX according to the IHUB board had a float of 16,531,458 on March 26, 2010. The recent update to OTCmarkets indicates that the new float is only 10,533,139 as of May 11, 2010!!!

This stock could run to the multi pennies EASILY like it was last year prior to the 15-12G being filed.
The DD compilation post above was my own DD along with DD already posted by PYBX's board mods (pennyonfire and levelnever). As always, this is not a buy or sell recommendation and please do your own DD!
