This is what I say when I call the COMPLIANCE OFFICER of an Market Maker to report the naked short selling and then ask that they enforce the SHO 3T rule:

"Hi, my name is ....
AMSZ has been under heavy naked short selling for the past 6 months and the naked short seller is using your agency (NITE, ETMM, AUTO, UBSS...) as an agent for their selling.

We kindly ask that you enforce the SHO 3T rule with this seller and insure that the shares actually exist.

In the meantime, I will be contacting the FIRMA and the SEC to pursue action to stop this illegal activity.

Before I go, could I have your CRD number so I can inform FIRMA and the SEC of my conversation today with you?

Thank you,"


The CRD number is how FIRMA and the SEC keep track of these brokers individually and everything that is reported is put into that broker's CRD file. If enough complaints are issued over an individual broker, that broker will lose their license.
Getting the CRD number of the person you talk to will certainly make them nervous and more likely to act.

I am having a hard time getting them to allow me to speak to a compliance officer.


If we demand SHO 3T compliance from these MM's we will have kicked this naked shorter seller where it will hurt the most and he will have few options remaining for shorting AMSZ
