Geoligest are trained to look at many things, and interpet them in an accurate way. They follow a set of practices, a set that every single geoligest on earth follows. Does that mean they are all the same? No, not at all, but it does mean they all look for the same things when out in the feild. One geolisgest isn't going to do something differently than another one, they will all be looking and doing the same things in the field. The ones with lots of expierance in the field will be better and quicker at locating the deposits, but most any qulified geoligest wont have any trouble finding whats there. Specially if it's a large deposit.

Your example of Olyimpic Dam doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. That is one of the largest copper deposits in the world. There is so much in the ground that quite literally ANY geoligest could find it and prove it very quickly. As i stated before, I am quite happy with who we got on board and he is no doubt very qualified, but my point was any experianced geoligest would do a fine job. Just because this guy proved up a big reserve doesn't mean he's going to be better than one who hasn't. Just trying to put this in a bit of perspective thats all.
