Technically speaking idcn update: Relative strength indicator
For the first time since the rally began @ .0001 and reached .0031 the rsi has hit oversold territory.
The MACD OSCILLATOR is indeed oversold however i have not seen the all important MACD BULLISH CROSS-OVER YET. When this happens i believe that is when the true reversal bottom will be in. There is absolutely no DILUTION. Stock charter group is buying only.
