I specifically asked Sussman about why he hadn't spoken up, he said it wasn't the time to do so; I asked him what the next steps were, given that they had filed the objections stating they hadn't received all the documentation they needed and he told me they had been given the rough work, but not the finished work and they would be filing a request with the court to have the judge compel everyone/anyone to give up the docs requested. Then I asked him if he thought there was money for "us" and he said, absolutely!

He was pleasant to me, even waiting to continue the conversation as I was a couple behind him in exiting the elevator, but when he decided we were done, that was it.

He has a gentle demeanor, but is no pushover.
