Apologies for reaching out by using your email provided in “contact” information for your http://www.smarttreadwear.com/contact.html webpage.



The email for encountertech.com info is now full and won’t receive any more inquiries (which is now widely known in the investment chat boards!).



I am a in-house counsel in a major pharma company, but am also part of a significant group of investors / shareholders, who are heavily invested and are trying to stay positive on the ENTI stock, but we’re concerned about a few items.



Would you be open to providing some insight should I provide a list of questions / concerns, and you can select which can be addressed?



The fear of pump and dump, dilution, and misleading Press Releases grows as the share price drops, although buyers are putting in orders at the Ask or above. A communication received by you or a principal of your company would go a long way to pierce through some of the concerns. I am a believer, but fear you’ll lose a lot of support should some answers not come soon, and specific answers at that.

Thanks for contacting me. The email you sent to my hotmail account went into my junk mail folder so I'm glad I caught it. Please feel free to ask me any questions about Spire Investment Group, and our relationship with Encounter Tech.



For a short overview, my business partner and I started Spire a few years ago for our real estate investments we were involved with. We were then introduced to Rick DiBiasi of Encounter Tech through a friend of ours about 2 years ago. At the time, they were looking for funding for their new video platform. That platform was being presented by using their test site FilmRookie.com. That platform is now being used for their new flagship site MusicMatrix.com



We simply connect investors who are interested in the technology to Encounter Tech. We are not involved in their operations directly, so those questions should be presented to Encounter directly. They have a very limited staff at this point, and as you can probably tell from all the news that they are extremely busy with getting the launch set for MusicMatrix.com, so I'm not surprised their mailbox is full. We at Spire are very open, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
