I just talked with Investor Relations. They can be reached at the following number 619 450 7912.

He said:

The BP tests WILL COME BACK POSITIVE
The test passed fish kill, EQMD and EPA

He also suggested other contracts are in the works.

He also emphasized that they do not want to release too much info until the "Big Announcement" (meaning contract) is ready to be released to the public.

Timing for the contract he said is dependant on BP. Testing can take from a few days to a week or so. We are about at a few days now according to IR.

Other contracts are in the works not related to BP as well.

The R/S rumors are just that, RUMORS. IR had no knowledge of ACT doing a R/S.
