Why Invest?
The Industry
The multi-billion dollar fashion industry was hit hard during the largest recession in modern times, but is rebounding bigly! Consumer discretionary spending is on the rise and the swim and resort wear markets are greatly benefiting. inca's elegant and understated designs compliment it's target market- high-end luxury swimwear segment where the consumer is discerning and seeks unique products. The luxury swimwear segment also affords large markups.

The Management
Stacy Josloff, CEO, an accomplished fashion designer, spent over ten years as a high profile sales executive at Ralph Lauren and MaxMara, before heading up the luxury brand inca. She knows the fashion business and runs in well-connected social and business circles, being the ex-wife of Donnie Donnie Deutsch. More importantly, Stacy has the vision and ambition to make inca a leader in swimwear.

The Stock
The TA is ungagged, the CEO owns over half the float, no dilution for 18 months, share structure modest for a pinksheet, stock has traded in narrow channel for months, more than half tradeable float held by longterm holders, and the price is dirt cheap!
