SG was approved by the judge " pro hac vice" (Google it)
For particular cause or action. She gave EC the OK to do discovery based on his motion. So thats his cause till complete IMO.
I'd say its a technical motion to solidify his placement and compensation for anything else he needs to do, again IMO.
He wants it to be nunc pro tunc. (Googled for you)
