Quick DD on ENHT

I'm not going to be able to get the full post out until later, but I wanted to put this out quick DD in the meantime.

(1) Nice Share Structure.

O/S: 52,375,653
A/S: 101,000,000
Float: 37,360,000

Enherent is a play on the rapidly expanding business of information and business analytics.

(2) A return to revenue growth.

Over $10 million in 2009 revenue. Was a nearly $30 million revenue stock in 2008. Has spent last year restructing it's business and refocusing its efforts on the business analytics market. Q4 was the first turn in revenue, up 18% from the previous quarter to $2,765,953. Current market cap is $785,635.

(3) Partners with top players in the business analytics field:

IBM, Deloitte & Touche, Kofax, Attensity, Microsoft

(4) Management with Strong Big Board Connections

EVP Frank Diana used to be CIO at AT&T

(5) One of ten major players in Business Analytics:

According to a 2009 report by Simba Information, Inc.

(6) Praise from IBM's Director of Content Analytics for Enherent:

(7) Prime target for IBM acquisition.

IBM has been on a spending spree of late in the field. Since 2003 they have made 30 acquisitions in the information management and analytics arena. Last year they acquired six. With praise from IBM's Director of Content Analytics Solutions for Enherent not hard to imagine that ENHT might be on their wish list.

If IBM were to pay a 4X revenue premium like they did with SPSS Inc. last year that would put the PPS around .76.

(9) In one of the fastest growing industries

ENHT is in one of the fastest growing industries. Business Analytics. Great articles from the economist on the potential of this market.

(10) Forward Looking Event:

They just completed attending the RIMS conference with partner G4S Compliance and have a shareholder meeting for the end of May where some have posted there might be an announcement of some big news.
