After a huge fall, it's quite common for a 33% dead cat bounce to happen...
Especially since ITMN's drug isn't dead yet...Just delayed...The company will have to weigh cash on hand, burn rate, costs of a new clinical trial, etc...Will they have to do a share offering to pay for the trial?...That wouldn't be good for the common shareholder...IMO
The bottom was $8.39 in tonight's after-hours session...
It closed at $45.44 at 12:57pm ET...Subtract $8.39 and you get a drop of $37.05
(WOW!!!...Was that selloff waaaaayyyyyyy overdone?...I think so!...)
For the 33% bounce, a third of $37.05 is $12.35 Add that to $8.39 = $20.74 for a decent dead cat bounce...
For the 50% bounce add half of $37.05 ($18.53) to $8.39 = $26.92 for a really nice dead cat bounce...
If it makes up past the 50% point, the next Fibonachi line is 61.8%...
