European markets are lower today as French and German shares fall. The French CAC 40 is off -0.59% while the German DAX is down -0.18%. The FTSE 100 in London is not trading.
U.S. stocks are set for a higher open today as investors mull a major deal in the airline sector and await a batch of economic reports. The Dow Jones industrial average, S&P 500 futures, and Nasdaq 100 futures are mildly higher.
