Here is the copy of the patent filed in the United States patent department. You can see as inventor is Mary C Robinson the same Mary Robinson that is COO and director found in this company profile:

So SSWM or no SSWM, Mery C Robinson still has the rights to the patent as the patent as the filing inventor of the patent. So US Microbics does have the rights to the patent and the ability to produce or tell an outside producer how to produce the formula with patent protection. This should eliminate concerns about SSWM because SSWM never had rights to the patent, Mery C Robinson has the rights and is still COO and director of US Microbics. Here is her profile:

So as you can see she was president of SSWM until 1997 until taking the COO position in 1998. XyclonyX is another entity attached to US Microbics that will have significance in just a minute. But point is SSWM did not take Mery With her because she has transitioned into COO of US Microbics in 1998. So the patent rights remain with her and US Microbics.

This XyclonyX as you recall is the company Mery Robinson founded and was president of before joining SSWM. And XycloynX authorizes the use of patents that removes toxins such as petroleum from fresh and marine water, sounds exactly like the problem we will have with the oil spill. Further more the company markets the products privately and to governmental clients. Join that with news that the airforce will be dropping microbics from 2 planes to treat the area we have some intriguing developments.
