From what I can see is they went off between the Bid/Ask.
That is something to watch very carefully since JLEO is on the ask!
I can only imagine two scenerios possible:
They got discounted shares and will be diluting or they are working on a R/M.
Now since shares were sold between the B/A, I would be very watchful here.
I realize that there aren't that many shares available, but Rick did increase the A/S before.
