American Security Resources Corporation announced that it has executed letters of intent to acquire majority control of Mag-Wind Company LLC which holds exclusive world wide rights to develop and market the Mag-Wind magnetically levitated, patent protected, vertical axis wind turbine, and to acquire majority control of VAWT Manufacturing Company (VAWT) which holds exclusive Mag-Wind manufacturing rights for North America. Financial transaction were not disclosed.
Oh yeah I almost forget, we're making mind turbines too!! HAHAHA... this is just after a few mins of research. There are so many other PRs that I cant find anymore that detail how we've been on the VERGE of production for the past 4 years.
