It was stated that only so much can be answered at this, But what could be answered was.
1-When can we expect financials?
Financials were scheduled to be released last week but they fell a little behind and we could see them within as soon as a few days.
2-Is there any current dilution?
No new shares have been issued.
3-Share Structure changes?
Will be in financials.
4-Can we expect any PRs in the near future?
Mr. Marc Greenberg, is now thinking of doing a conference call for all the current shareholders
5-How much cash does the company have on hand?
Will be in financials
6-Any current debt?
Will be in financials.
7-Will the website be updated?
Will be looked into.
8-Could the old CEO be selling shares?
Don’t know
9-Updates on Acquisitions?
Am not allowed to speak it that subject.
10-Decrease of 270mil shares in 09” buyback?
Company had issued those shares for an acquisition but didn’t use them so they were retired.
11-Does the company have and plans on an uplisting or to become fully reporting?
The company is getting all the numbers straightend out by a professional auditing firm, now I cant fully comment on your question but you can take an educated guess what’s going to happen(laughed)
