First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to everyone here. CIND was a monster all day! Simply a BEAST! I hope everyone made $$. I was telling ppl to buy since last Friday and weekend because of RM rumors and the low float. CIND indeed went up nicely. I sold and I'm not holding any shares because of certain findings that I uncovered today, which I didn't like. I'm sure many will stomp me for saying this, but I need to disclose what I found to be fair to everyone.

I tried to dig some more info from the web and as well as getting more from the President on some basics of the company. Couple things on Kurt Borris (President) which I figured today. I'm worried about his integrity and motivations behind CIND, because he has been posting some messages on CIND around forums (especially on Yahoo today) and blogs. I don't like the fact that the President himself is going around the web advertising like that. HE IS AN INSIDER!

Let me reiterate that he sent me a message during the weekend that they are "in negotiations for a business transaction", which is likely a reverse merger since that is what he pursued for since early 2009. I was a little driven and blinded by the hype as well! But some deeper DD on Monday tells me the other side of the story.

Over the weekend, for some reason their website hosted on yahoo changed template and addressed changed from 27505 Tampa Ave. 18, Hayward, CA 94544 to 1535 Grant Street #140 Denver Colorado, 80203. Base on google, their CA address has a business named Borris Carpet Care-Janitor Services.? Their new address in CO is a residential unit. Address for www.cashmereholdings.com is a PO Box in CA, Kurt Borris C.I.G.I., P.O. Box 455, Hayward, CA 94543. On this website, their about page mentioned another ticker:
Our Business Wool,cotton,parfums,and Hong Kong imports. China sourcing through TradeKey and Global Source{ticker symbol gsol}

I didn't get an email back from Kurt regarding just some basics of the company! I have my suspicions, but everything is just my own opinion. Please do your own due diligence before jumping in or out.
