If you want to contest the validity or accuracy of another person's post that's fine; do not attack the author, make threats or engage in any other conduct that is prohibited by the User Agreement or you will simply subject yourself to administrative sanctions for violating the rules of the site.

The poster in question has been suspended pending further review. It appears their post in question is a re-dated version of this press release. Whether or not they intentionally posted what appears to be a falsified press release is a matter for the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement agencies. That isn't you. If you want to report it to the authorities that's fine, but do not discuss it here other than to refute or challenge its validity; everything else is off-topic at a minimum.
