Past correspondance with Garza from Biomeds.

I don't speak for Mr. Goldman all I know is his a professional with lots more experience that 99% of penny stock traders. Still long MCLN to the tune of millions of shares. Quietly waiting for their net quarterly earnings. 'Nuf said.

What do u think of this, does it make sense?

New Investors need to re-read Goldmans report focusing primarily on valuation. Similar companies (with profits) trade 4x 12 month trailing revenue. MCLN "currenlty" trades at 7x 12 month revenue. What makes them special? Also, their near term and long term targets

($.14, $.40) are based on industry comparisions, 15-30x EPS. They put MCLN in the 30x EPS range for some reason. They would have to "NET" 12-15 million, but Goldmans says they will generate 12-15million in revenue and only net around 2m. Their math is so far off, this is obviously suspicous.

I'm not here to defend this guy's reputation or his record. EVERY analyst has made good and bad calls. Every one of them. There are no conspiracies or diceptions afoot here. Our reputation is worth MUCH more than that. We're not going to waste it on some penny stock pick. We're here to make our readers money wherever possible and to help people understand the sector more clearly.

These analysts dive deep into a company/sector's books and data and they give their best estimates and recommendations. They are VERY smart people when it comes to that stuff and they can get into serious trouble with the SEC for purposely misleading people. Their job is to be as objective and logical as possible, that is what they are licensed to do.

You take what they say, what your own DD says and what your own gut says and you jump in or you don't. Ultimately it's about the management team, the product and whether the company meets it's goals.

Simple as that. Take Care!
I had many e-mails back and forhe over a few months with garza and I lost respect for him.
As for Goldman, only god knows!!!
