Net result is they either lied or were incompetent when it comes to reporting their financials.

I fail to see how you could miss or fail to disclose that aseset sale. Its ridiculous.

The effect for me was I paid way more than the company was worth because they failed to report material information due to either dishonesty or gross incompetence. That is really unfortunate.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
