It is hard to obtain the tradable float numbers - I will have to get back to you on that. All restrictions are for one year. Most restricted stock has been issued this year. We have financing from private sources that have taken restricted shares for their investment. Our finance sources are in for the long haul and have restrictions placed on the amount of shares that can be sold at any given time after the restricted period is up.

The company has a strong strategy in place and if you plan on watching our news you will see this very shortly. We are in the process of updating all information to make it current and will notify all shareholders when this is complete.
