The Chinese business climate according to one report,
I had an interesting discussion with a businessman who exports product oversees. This story is anecdotal in nature based upon a casual conversation with the aforementioned businessman. I do not know if his thoughts as are genuine but he was pretty firm although calm in his views.

He said that, based upon experience, he would never ship product to China unless the transaction was paid in full in advance. He described the Chinese as difficult in business. He did not describe them as being very forthright or honest business people. But this was an eye-brow lifting conversation. He described the Chinese as not being trustworthy people in business. I do not have an opinion as this was just one conversation.
