I know many said that Spongebob(Viacom) wouldnt happen
Then it was Dora(Nickleodeon) wouldnt happen
Then it was Walmart wouldnt happen
and obviously they did!

Now we are waiting on Pink Panther(MGM), Spiderman,Hulk(Marvel)

I know investors are pissed at the level of frustration, and lack of concern displayed by SPNG right now, and in the face of Fear Uncertainty and Doubt... with regards to April 30ths timeline(only 10days away*) The lack of serious PR's and filings...


but I have a few points to try to help us keep focused

And I have tried to be opened minded, and consider both sides, I listened and read both sides posts, and have communicated with both sides many times... I am seriously stumpped here, and wonder what SPNG is really doing....but I can get over these basic points listed below!


***NOTE*** If they company is a scam, and they know it, they wouldnt do these type of things listed below:

1. Make new products
2. Redesign current packaging
3. meet with shareholders at your manufacturing plant to give them a personal tour!


and there are many things anyone including you or me wouldnt do, fully aware that the SEC,DOJ has caught us and that our gig is up!

If anything I would expect them to grab some money, and or family and run!

#3 really sticks out in my mind, because what purpose or advantage would you have by meeting "not a large shareholder group"....BUT just 1 person and not even a mega shareholder....why would you take time from an obvious busy schedule scam or not...to actually meet a shareholder in person to give them a personal tour of Dicon!


What in the world would that accomplish...when the SEC & DOJ are making final and last minute preparations to BUST your stock scam, and close you and your company down and then cart you away?????


Does this makes sense to you....or am I missing something here besides my life savings????



I too DO NOT like the way things have played out, and how long its taking, I dont understand why they dont file, and I never understood why they spread rumors, and dont keep 90% of them

That scares me more than anything!

I will keep my Eye on the Prize until April 30th 2010
