I am going to "Keep my eye on the Prize"...

I have listen to all sides, and am hoping SPNG can get out from under the mess they have got themselves in!

There are NO guarantees... for either side

Its a risk, but one I am willing to take, I didnt invest in SPNG for 8 long hard months... read through hundreds, maybe thousands of posts, do all the DD I did, see and buy Spongetech products online, and in Major Retail stores....t o just throw the towel in now... I actually know too much now to just give up NOW!!!
I believe SPNG will prove to be a great investment and a great ROI*

This is my opinion, and with any stock...its a gamble

Everyone has to make their own decisions, about their own money, and as far as risk/reward...

I havent found another stock right now that I would rather have my money$ on then .... SPNG right now....


Even though April 30th my view may change drastically, given the facts surrounding the BC Media Lawsuit Settlement court order liquidation of SPNG securities....

Basically I feel if SPNG is willing to let any of their own (officers) burn, and if FL & MM are willing to let go of their shares, then I need to ask myself why would I be keeping mine...???

But I would assess that when and if that times comes, and if nothing has changed in the interim....

also keep in mind that they could just pay off the settlement in cash, to avoid losing their shares, or they may even get another extension depending on the security laws that are governing the lifting of the restrictions that are on them!
