This was gone over many times last summer where Furth claimed
that SPNG was a 1933 reporting company, so he didn't have to
report his holdings over 5%, even though he claimed over 200 million shares. If that was true then, I doubt that
scumbag holds anywhere close to 5% now.

Not so.

If the Signature Fund sold shares so that they held less than 5% they would be required to file a 13 G/A in accordance with:
"Item 5.
Ownership of 5 Percent or Less of a Class. If this statement is being filed to report the fact that as of the date hereof the reporting person has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than 5 percent of the class of securities, check the following [ ].
