The company is aware and is in contact with the DTC for resolution regarding the "certificate" and or fee issues ... obviously the company trades electronically.. as only a few brokers have any issues at all...

The DTC issues should be wrapped up immediately...

I have incurred no fees for trading in any way with Etrade...
