CONCERN should be if CCTC can remain in business
CCTC needed or anticipated revenue....from India at least
Where is it?
Read more to find out that we are over 3 months in and now revenues. Didn't CCTC say they were getting or anticipating them months ago?
Have we gotten any revenues? From India. Where is it? Reread the PR from Dec 2009!
BTW, Yes,I am nj_investor from the yahoo board. lol
It is not a secret. Wasn't trying to hide it.
My CCTC posting on yahoo board is basically "out of character" for me. Many question my motives or think they know them. And some of their guesses are so far from the truth it is ridiculous.
My motives: Very hard to put down on a MB. But you can feel free to email me @ nj_investor@yahoo.com for more info and I would explain it better to you.
Who causes more losses? Pumpers or bashers? I think pumpers, tenfold.
I didn't create any false sec report, like some claim. I think those responsible will be handled.
I did question about it.
I do want to say that sometimes, a "basher" could end up being you best friend.
I don't think I am a basher. People are labeling me a bahser all bc what I say about CCTC isn't positive.
I made great $ on CCTC from .04 to .41.
I was going to keep some shares, but after reviewing the company some more and when some "unknowns" were KNOWN, it seemed more risky to hold the issue at this point with an option to revisit it at a later point in time.
I have known about CCTC for over 3+ years. I traded CCTC when it was over $10. I have been around the block, and I am seeing a pattern.
Nearing $70 a share, there were issues with the stock. And now I am seeing the "start" of the same issues.
Think about it:
45 DAYS HAS PASSED. WAY OVERDUE! Where are the India Revenues they anticipated?
Back in December of 2009, CCTC said they expect revenue within 45 days.
Didn't mind it, bc it seemed like a little over a month or so. Over 4 MONTHS NOW & nothing.
Wanted more info in 10-K about it, but didn't see INDIA mentioned anywhere.
It is April already! Weren't there supposed to be revenues announced already?
Is this an April Fool's prank?
From PR (Dec 2009):
*Under the terms of the agreement, INK Global will pay CCTI a one-time licensing fee based on production threshold increments of 1-million metric tons, with a commitment to install 10.0 million ton capacity per year for ten years (total of 100M tons). The agreement also includes a royalty payment to CCTI for each ton of lignite processed.
*Initial license revenues are anticipated within 45 days.
HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN? WHAT HAPPENS NEXT WEEK if there is nothing announced and you look into the 10-k only to see there is nothing about India in it? Worries me.
Why haven't we heard anything? Did CCTC hint to a scenerio in the 10-K?
Think about this. How can they/WE expect revenue when in the 10-K CCTC stated:
*Our technology has not yet been installed in an operating commercial facility and we anticipate it will be a minimum of 12 to 18 months until the first operational plant to be constructed with the Sino-Mongolia International Railroad Systems, Co. Ltd. of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, PRC (SMIRSC) our Chinese joint venture partner, is completed.
(Oh, I just remembered, it is just initial pymt for license? - then it seemed like it would be more of a sure thing to be announced, unless India changed their mind? IDK the answer..wish I did....)
Something is starting to smell...imo
do any of these fit?
We may experience delays in resolving unexpected technical issues arising in completing development of new technology that will increase development costs and postpone anticipated sales and revenues.
Because we have limited experience, we may be unable to successfully manage planned growth as we complete the transition from a technology development company to a licensing company.
The market in which we are attempting to sell our technology is highly competitive.
Third parties may invalidate our patents
(perhaps gov't?)
Overseas development of our business is subject to international risks, which could adversely affect our ability to license profitable overseas plants
(BIG ONE..imo)
Any negative results from the continuing evaluation of our technology or processed coal produced at future facility sites could have a material adverse effect on the marketability of our technology and future prospects.
Due to the uncertain commercial acceptance of coal processed using our technology we may not be able to realize significant licensing revenues
Future changes in the law may adversely affect our ability to sell our products and services
FYI: check out what "indigenous innovation" means.
* (excerpt from article)
The chamber highlighted complaints about efforts to nurture China's computer and other technology companies -- a policy dubbed "indigenous innovation" -- by favoring them in government procurement and other areas.
I found it in a recent article:
US companies criticize Chinese market obstacles
US companies say China trying to cut market access, favor its own companies
BEIJING (AP) -- Foreign companies say China is increasingly using discriminatory rules to reduce access to previously open areas of its economy and promote its technology industries, a U.S. business group said Friday, adding to rising complaints of worsening conditions for foreign investors.
that is why i said...longs AT LEAST have hope
hold hands
do whatever you want
have daily meetings
talk about how great CCTC COULD be...
dream....day dream
it would be nice and lovely
just know what you are buying before you buy it.
jmho
Get used to waiting.
Let me be clear...dont think it is bad to trade CCTC. but i dont think it has the potential yet to be a sound investment until and ONLY UNTIL some UNKOWNS are known.
Like ie...they dont know if the business is viable...etc read the 10-K..it is in there.
PUMPERS
would be less concerned with PPS
and more on if the company can stay alive
it is a fact of business.
SOEMTIMES THEY DO FAIL
doesnt mean you cant make $$$$ off it
SHORT TO 0
lol
ya think?
THEY NEED FINANCING BAD.
10-K said they had what...not even 10k in bank?
Did they get financing...maybe that is why MM is holding price here?
what are your conspiracy theories?
CCTC warned you
but many companies that go
q
cctcq?
if they go bankrupt
you get nothing
maybe a lil
keep hope alive
