I spent many years as an auditor with E&Y. (most boring thing I've ever done)

I read the 10k cover to cover last night.... It was an EXCELLENT presentation. One of the better written 10k's I've ever seen. I am not referring to the numbers (which were great as expected), I mean the content, and clarity.

It was a great move by the company to go DT this year vs thier previous auditor.... but I'm sure Starr had something to do with that.
