Does Take Flight Equities Inc. even do anything?

This thing is not looking good for current share holders...

So, if Take Flight lives up to it's name and defaults, Gary gets IFRS for a song and can distribute a few bucks to holders of record??

Feeling kinda scammy to me...

I didn't think Gary was that way...but this deal looks sketchy to me...
