Okay -- now I am getting to these questions. --> Ted Henry - after being exposed to what goes on inside a public company and understands the incredible cost of filings, CC's, and regulatory costs. Our internal resources including my time is also taken away from our projects to handle these events. Our 10K will easily cost in excess of 300k (yuck). If D&T had been engaged for an audit add several hundred thousand to it.

vartan: cancel shareholder tours - NO. That would be very wrong. Analysts and media need packages specially created for them and I want to ensure we have all the information for them so there is no room for interpretation. I.E. see envion's failed media releases. I want to be sure media has overwhelming technical data so that our claims are irrefutably proven. I will set up meetings with those groups the weeks following the AGM. Many have asked and we are happy to meet ONE on ONE.

Vartan: ". I would prefer the media and analysts see it asap. My point is that I am not an engineer or chemist. I will see it and be impressed but really unsure as to what I am actually looking at."
Media or analysts are not chemists either. In fact, they want us to write most of the information for them (analysts). I believe a production report ... See Morefrom a large Fortune-500 company about performance is the only thing that will irrefutably prove the performance of our processor. Islechem did the validation work but an International company camping at our processing site for a month will provide data for analysts, funds and investors.

Ted Henry "April is next week and the AGM only a few weeks away, so I personally think the Q&A is a waste of precious time during a very busy period." I agree. So, the Q&A call comes down to whether we have it because I said we would or cancel because we are 3 weeks away from the AGM and answer them there. Smart answer is to cancel... but I deliver when I say we will. The AGM and tour answers all the questions anyway... and shareholders do not understand that we can't state things that aren't already in the public domain. Years ago funds would abuse CC's to release a bunch of info and that caused many problems.

Robin: "IMO, a quality PR from Islechem should include the size of processor tested, hard numbers about output and efficiency; any variables for feedstock used and general terms (only) for catalyst, along with validation that the residues qualify for landfill."
Back in December we did not engage Islechem to provide a reported detailed as this. We did not have the large processor completely assembled and did not look for a "user friendly" report. We asked them to verify our findings and performance. I believe engaging URS to do a comprehensive report after monitoring the factory for a month and write a report based on 30,000 foot data vs. a report on molecular data. That information would be useful for analysts, funds, investors, and P2O JV's.

JB: "We asked them (Islechem) to verify our findings and performance." Yes, this is what many are waiting for, and once released will likely help the pps. Any delays will likely hurt. "Comprehensive report after monitoring the factory" by independent company will be gravy, but we need Islechem first because they have been cited since 12/09, and have announced their "name" publicly.
