I just tried calling the north east and midwest office
but got an answering machine--didnt want to play phone
tag.

the amex site does not list applicants imo, from what ive seen
its a complex site so i could have missed something.

you could try calling one of the numbers on the site as i have
directed you to above

IMPRESSION;

there is no reason for CWTD to lie about TRYING to be listed
so that's not the issue. The real issue is when/if they will
be listed. I think the problem is that they do not have
enough daily volume. The amex does do its DD and are not
convinced that CWTD is yet amex material...

we dont have much of the company, a few thousand shares, and
have lost some money but seeing its a china pure play i
think its got a chance to be a big gainer in the future
espically if they can get the credit card business off the
ground---do you know anything about the companies progress in
issuing cc's?
