***Just spoke to IR:***

1) Says unaudited, not audited, are being worked on. Says they are taking the 8 separate companies and consolidating those financials. Unaudited numbers will likely be posted, then those numbers will actually go to the SEC for an audited review.

2) Says company is just learning to be public, after coming from the private industry. Company does not want to fluff it, but give news when its big. They waited to put out today's PR until they got a sufficient # of contracts won so far in Q2 2010 to PR, as in they did not want to post 1 or 2 mil in contracts, but waited for 8-10 mil.

3) Company makes sure all transactions are SEC approved, as in 8-Ks and such, merge was completed last Oct 1 , 2009

4) Company is open to phone calls from investors, call Craig in IR at 7863750556 if you need info before putting money into SARO

5) Company did 45 mil in rev 2 years ago, expects 2009 to be 35 mil...not sure about 2010

6) Fiscal year is Oct 1-Sep 30, so we are almost in Q3 2010, SARO took control of all 8 entities on the first day of Q1 2010

About SARO Corporation

Much more than HVAC fellas, they use their own proprietary software to install remote sensing of climate controls....hospitals, clinics, and labs are a main pursuitor of SARO, as well as universities and any large building. A PE of 30-50 needs to be applied here, and a high margin, roughly 25%.

SARS, d/b/a FasTech, is a control systems contracting and services company providing design and sales, installation services, and monitoring software to building owners and operators. We design, install, and service innovative systems to create comfortable, efficient environments and facilitate the use of systems automation and control monitoring in commercial spaces. Our integrated HVAC solutions reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gases while increasing operating efficiency.

We offer software solutions that enable building owners and management companies to manage the "control" assets remotely. This high level of visibility means any problems can be resolved faster, maintaining occupant comfort and minimizing deviations from energy saving strategies. Benefits of FasTech systems include reduced operating costs, preserved system investments, increased equipment life, lowered maintenance costs, rapid problem identification, and improved operating efficiency.
