Yes, diddy, there was a time that Lmorovan believed in the Loch team, and MP. So what is your point.
When I discovered there was an problem in Loch Harris, I did something about it.
Once I was approached that we had a problem in Tucson, I took it on. I give most people a chance, then, as I observe their character, I reserve the right, as most people do, to change my opinion.
My reasons for going to the SEC about Loch Harris, was because of the fraud that I saw personally at a meeting with an employee of Loch Harris. The reason I met with MP in the beginning of Cdex, was because of my belief in Dr. Poteet. I was going to back MP as long as I could. I stopped backing him in 2008! In 2009, I was approached to find a CEO that could lead Cdex in a better direction.
Was I wrong about Baker, Boone, and Blair in the beginning? You darn straight. I was I wrong to trust MP to direct Cdex and grow Cdex? Oh my gosh, was I wrong.
So what's your point? I take a stand on how I feel about people. I believe the best person I know at this point is JB. The team he has assembled cannot be duplicated by MP, GF, DS, or Gemini.
I am very disappointed in Gemini. They has a chance to help put Cdex in a better light. They did not. There will be a good charge, to get shareholders behind JB. If we fail, it will not because we did not try.
Lets see what happens in the next week or two. I personally believe Cdex will fail, if MP, GF, or CC, continue to be a part of Cdex. IMHO.
NO, JB would be the first real leader that Cdex has ever had. Who sold the 5 Valimed units in Mass. this past year? Hint, it was not MP or GF.
