Here is the thing that bothers me concerning the buy back- the timing on this is crucial if Dean Pr's the things we want him to then he is shooting himself in the foot the buy back needs to take place before the 350 is pr'd. With the 350 confirmed the price is going to shoot up to at least .20 - so to me it makes no since to expect a pr about the loan until the buy back is complete, the buy back alone will shoot us up to .06 - .08 range.
So you have to wonder how Dean will do this and make it profitable for Quasar I cant believe he just wont worry about it because he has the loan he still has to make this work financially Just my opinion I think we will get a pr about mineseeker and the engineering for Tiger fish first I just hope people aren t to discouraged by that and take into consideration the delicate process of the buy back.

The deal is definitely real more and more things will be coming out to help confirm this - It is only a matter of time! Money in the bank AIMHO
