Sheri Osborn, Principal
Ms. Osborn is a recognized leader in bringing emerging products and services to market and reviving waning products. Most recently she is focused on leading the industry in pushing Social Media and Web 2.0 technology to its limit delivering strategically impactful web experiences for organizations. These web experiences not only increase revenues and market position for enterprises but also transfer the brand value to end users and provide user perspective to the organization.

Her process is simple – to rapidly identify the most lucrative market opportunities, develop a unique and compelling brand then deliver key customers and partnerships so that market entry is solid and predictable. Revenue growth occurs even in chaotic and rapidly shifting market conditions.

Ms. Osborn led teams that engineered the launch or re-launch of the following products:

A defense technology engineered in a unique form factor for new markets
Delivered 3-year strategic plan and board presentations, corporate branding and messaging, overhaul of website, sales collateral
Developed partnerships with $xB environmental firms, the government and international humanitarian customers.
A COBOL software portfolio of products that entered the E-Commerce world
Delivered Internet-savvy messaging, new product roadmap that included Internet technologies, and the launch plan for a key technology acquisition.
A scanner that rode the Internet hype during the Internet bubble
Developed partnerships with key Internet players: Netscape, AOL, Microsoft, expanded feature set to include Internet functionality.

Delivered awards from programming pundits and analysts, sales leadership in channel, cutting edge branding, and direct mail programs.
Emerging technology consulting requires a keen ability to synthesize product and market information while developing new customer needs. Strategies creatively stake out the richest market opportunities, define new products and services, and re-engineer business processes. Ms. Osborn’s experience includes organizational strategy development, strategic marketing and branding, and business development.

Sheri’s career began as an applications consultant to large organizations including Equifax, US Army, Lockheed and AT&T/SBC. In 1993 she shifted her focus to sales and marketing strategy. Her experience includes revenue acceleration activities for business units, product and service strategies with revenue responsibility of close to $500M. She carried worldwide marketing and product line strategy development responsibilities at Adobe, BroadVision, MicroFocus and Symantec.

Ms. Osborn holds an MBA in Technology Management, Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Sheri is married to Pastor Kevin and enjoys running, scuba diving, traveling throughout the world and growing roses. She serves on the board of Project WeHOPE and provides strategic planning and marketing strategies for many Bay Area non-profit organizations through Taproot Foundation.
