Dear Shareholders,

We wanted to take a moment and update the shareholders on current business matters of the company as we continue to be pleased with overall business operations of the company.

We understand that many of you have a desire for a timeline on the status of the quarterly report ended December 31, 2009. With respect to our company financial's, we are working diligently with our US and international accountants and lawyers to finalize and release our financial report as last years overseas acquisitions required a detailed consolidation. We are preparing releasing the quarterly report ended December 31, 2009 prior to months end via press release.

Our subsidiary in Japan has performed well despite an increasingly difficult economic environment. Earnings of our subsidiary in Japan exceeded over US$200,000 for the quarter ended December 31, 2009.

We are also currently preparing to launch our U.S. based business activities with a focus on an additional business acquisitions in North America.

Polaris International Holdings, Inc. is building a firm foundation for the future and we will continue to keep shareholders posted on all future developments.
