Slyder & no_ur_stox,

Slyder, now you are getting to the core of what we have to work with here.

If you have verified that a business model using mobile imaging is 'printing money' in the Northeast, then it is easy to assume that Basic Solutions would be doing the same thing down on the Texas Coastal Plains, right?

So, what would the motivation be for TNH (Basic Solutions) to get in bed with a loser like Graham?

Here is the scenario:
~National Health Database comes to fruition.
~Requirements emerge that mandate all functions associated with records be generated from a turn-key operation.
~In the case of mobile imaging, a single entity has to become responsible for the whole process (taking the scan, having it read, billing & collecting for the procedure, processing & storing the record to the National Database in a secure fashion, etc).

Does the mom-n-pop mobile services you spoke of go away?

Who picks up the slack/responsibility?

BEDA has expertise in the billing & collection - dealing with the various insurance providers & government health agencies.

Texas Mobile Health & Basic Solutions were founded by an amazing woman, Chelette Baker.
Honored multiple times throughout her life for humanitarian efforts and pioneering accomplishments.
Although it slipped from its glory days, with her son, Kevin Baker, presently at the helm acting as the nuts-n-bolts that make the remnants of Chelettes empire continue to run (and grow), they are but another of the mom-n-pop mobile imaging services that you mentioned.
Given an avenue to pull all the requirements together and operate under the coming guidelines of the National Health Database, it seems Basic Solutions is willing to look beyond Grahams multitude of past failures for a chance to hook-up with a billing company (BEDA) to take run at their piece of what could become BIG TIME.

My problem is, I don't trust Grahams abilities to bring the neccessary elements to the table to make this happen in a grand enough manner.
In my mind, he has burned too many bridges in the industry.

But the stock is in-play for a flip, if only it can be gotten for a bit lower PPS.
