Keep in mind that Urban never exercised any of the JV’s option agreements.

It’s a shame – because if Urban would’ve exercised the option – CMKM would own the below.

I put this up on 66 awhile ago –

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are two claims acquired in the year 2000: S-134434 and S-134435

CONSOLIDATED PINE CHANNEL GOLD CORP. 17.50%
UNITED CARINA RESOURCES CORP. 17.50%
SHANE RESOURCES LTD. 25%
FIRST LABRADOR ACQUISITION INC. 25%
TWIN OAKS MANAGEMENT INC. 15%

The CMKM Canadian JV’s owned 60% of the two claims.

For a couple of hundred thousand dollars –
Urban could’ve optioned these claims – and CMKM would’ve owned 29.4% of the two claims.
But – Urban never optioned them!

During the time period from 2002 through 2005: the Canadian JV’s sold 15% of the rights to the claims leaving them with 45% in the year 2005.

Then the CMKM Canadian JV’s sold them off:

As you can see – the claims were adjacent to Shore Gold’s 122.

.... western flank of the diamondiferous 122 Kimberlite owned by the DeBeers/Kensington joint venture.

Forest Gate ended up buying out the other owners – and ended with 100% ownership of the two claims. Once they did – they started to sample.

If Urban would’ve executed the option -- CMKM would've owned 29.4% of the diamond claims.

Of course _ all is IMO
