5 Reasons I like DFS

1. Priced cheaply compared to PE ratio. PE is sitting around 5.76 after this recent bull market run. Perhaps run down by Morgan Stanly lawsuits? I don't know, but it's a solid company and way undervalued.

2. Low debt. Company has less than 3B in debt compared to 13B in cash on hand.

3. Solid products. Company produces great service and a great product. I have a Discover card myself and I'm impressed with the service they provide. They are very innovative with their products.

4. Room for growth. Discover has a much smaller market than Visa or MC, so room for growth is certainly there.

5. The market under price this stock even further if it starts to pull back or crash, leaving a great time to invest in a great company.
