ASMH: Name just changed on Nevada SOS to NIS Holdings Corp. Merger about to hit imho.

ASMH recently had a name change amendment on the NV SOS that nobody seems to know about yet, name changed to NIS Holdings Corp. New officers put in place as well, Brian Stewart and Samantha Roberts.

Tracked ASMH new officers to a big Chinese Venture Capital Firm. New officers are Brian Stewart and Samatha Roberts, referred to below as Sam Roberts. They just filed and caught up on 2 1/2 years of SEC filings and they only need one more 10Q for 9/30/09 and one more 10k for 12/31/09 and they can up list back to otcbb.

Brian Stewart - Corporate Finance
Mr. Stewart has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University, Majoring in Political Science. He also attended British Columbia’s Institute of Technology where he studied Natural Resource Management. Mr. Stewart has over ten years of mining industry experience as he has worked for Teck Cominco and several TSX Venture Exchange companies in a variety of roles on assignments in Canada, the United States and throughout Latin America. He has lived in Honduras and in Peru as a project manager for a Vancouver exploration company.

For the past five years Mr. Stewart has been gaining experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and public company restructuring. He has served as an Officer and Director to publicly traded companies listed in Canada and the United States.

Sam Roberts - Corporate Affairs & Administrator
Prior to joining Presidents Corporate Group Samantha Roberts worked as a transfer agent for West Coast Stock Transfer. Samantha managed daily operations which including maintenance of client files and accounting. Previous careers have included Retail Management, and 8 ½ years as a qualified Computer/Operations Educator and Counselor. During these careers Samantha’s skills in Process Management, Administration, Public Relations, understanding Government regulations and her ability to motivate have been maximized.
