TDGI and EFGU All-in-one FAQ post.

We only share revenues on EFGU's films and DVD's. All the new exciting things Hannover is doing now and the new deals Eric is landing have nothing to do with EFGU. Now EFGU has become one of many sources of films and DVD's for TDGI/Hannover. The merger between Empire and Hannover was terminated and unwound.

Only these few films are rollovers from EFGU days. It looks like only Five of the Hannover upcoming releases are what is left over from EFGU days.

The way you can tell which of the deals are what's left over from Hannover/EFGU days is you will see distributed by Producer’s Releasing Organization. This is the name of the JV company they set up to run the EFGU deals through Hannover.

Empire Film Group, Inc reports strong retail support for an impressive slate of new release titles from its recently formed Producer’s Releasing Organization distribution venture with Hannover House. Six new video items were presented and advertised at last week’s Consumer Electronics Show, generating significant pre-sale commitments from key accounts.

Here are those five titles from TDGI filing: One Book and Four Video releases. For 2010 Hannover expects to release: 30 video releases, 4 theatrical titles and 5 books in 2010 (as well as revenues to be derived from the Company’s existing library plus the Elite Entertainment and FOCUSFilm libraries. So we can all see the EFGU JV deals through PRO make up a very small part of TDGI/Hannovers total revenue going forward.

The five titles listed on the previous page are being released by Hannover House under a venture with Producer’s Releasing Organization, Inc. under terms which the Company deems to be beneficial.

New release titles under the Producer’s Releasing Organization venture for Empire include DVD and Blu-Ray editions for the family drama, “War Eagle, Arkansas:” DVD and Blu-Ray editions for the edgy-comedy “2 Dudes And A Dream;” and DVD and Blu-Ray editions for the inspirational feature “Bobby Dogs

Thanks for your inquiry, ___________. Hannover House is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Target Development Group, Inc., (TDGI.PK). Our intended merger into Empire Film Group, Inc. (EFGU.PK) was never consummated, and ultimately was canceled recently and notified to the market as such.

Empire Film Group restructured its distribution. Hannover House, with its CEO Eric Parkinson was doing the distribution for Empire. That business relationship, between these 2 companies has been mutually terminated. Now Hannover House has merged with TDGI with Eric Parkinson tapped to be CEO of TDGI.

From Pinksheets EFGU (Empire) Click on "News" Nov 27, Distribution Structure>>>>
"The new distribution structure includes a streamlining of overhead and a significant reduction in debt as a result of a mutually agreed termination of the proposed merger with entertainment distributor Hannover House."

"This new distribution structure is a win-win scenario for both Empire and Hannover House,"

For the time being, Empire Film Group (EFGU) still has information on its web site which is informative concerning Eric Parkinson. http://www.empirefilmgroup.com/eparkinson.html

PRIOR TO HANNOVER, Eric was CEO for 5 years of a NASDAQ traded company!

"Prior to Empire/Hannover, Eric founded and managed (as CEO/President) Hemdale Communications, Inc. and Hemdale Home Video, Inc., a NASDAQ Traded, Independent Video and Film Distribution Studio. During Parkinson’s five-year contract with Hemdale, he managed the business to achieve more than $150-million in revenues through the release of 90 feature films."

ALIBU, CA, Nov 27, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Empire Film Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EFGU) (http://www.empirefilmgroup.com) expects to generate increased revenues and bottom-line profits as a result of a restructuring of its physical distribution of entertainment products into the USA marketplace, reported Dean Hamilton-Bornstein, Empire CEO. The new distribution structure includes a streamlining of overhead and a significant reduction in debt as a result of a mutually agreed termination of the proposed merger with entertainment distributor Hannover House. Empire titles will now be released through its wholly owned subsidiary Producers Releasing Organization.

"This new distribution structure is a win-win scenario for both Empire and Hannover House," said Bornstein. "Empire is relieved of the overhead and debt obligations of operating an internal distribution division, while still maintaining its access to the marketplace for the release of its own theatrical, video, television and literary properties along with other titles the company may require. Empire retains the option of releasing properties in conjunction with Hannover House on a commissioned basis, or selectively licensing projects on a title-by-title basis to other, third-party distributors.
